Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) reported a strong Q4 FY26 performance, with consolidated net profit rising 23% YoY to Rs 23,467 crore. For the full year FY26, profit after tax reached a record Rs 57,419 crore, up 19% from Rs 48,151 crore in FY25.
Key Highlights: Q4 APE rose 22% to Rs 22,954 crore; VNB surged 66.7% to Rs 5,891 crore. FY26 VNB grew 42% to Rs 14,179 crore; VNB margin improved 360 bps to 21.2%. Solvency ratio improved to 2.35 from 2.11. AUM stood at Rs 57.3 lakh crore.
